At Yoursneakerstore, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, and returns or refunds may be necessary. Please review our return and refund policy below to understand your options.

Return Eligibility:

Items are returnable if they meet any of the following conditions:

The product is physically damaged upon receipt.
The product has missing parts or accessories.
The product is defective or significantly different from the description on the Yoursneakerstore product detail page.

Returns Will Be Processed If:

It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
The product is in the same condition as when it was delivered, with the original packaging, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and all accessories intact.
A complete unboxing video is provided, showing the defect or issue from start to finish, enabling us to take appropriate action with the seller.
The product has not been tried on or used (for footwear, items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been worn).
Your address is eligible for return services. If not, we will provide a self-return option.

Exceptions:

  • Returns or exchanges are not available if the wrong size was ordered.
  • Remorse-based returns (e.g., wrong color choice) are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Process:

Most products are eligible for return or replacement within 72 hours of delivery in the event of receiving a damaged, defective, or different item. The return must be initiated within this period, excluding shipping costs, and is subject to a 3% deduction due to banking and transaction fees.
Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accompaniments for a successful return pickup.
If the product is eligible for a return and is not damaged during your possession, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, in accordance with our policy.
For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via NEFT to your bank account.

 

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it or before the seller confirms it – whichever comes first. If the order is confirmed or 3 hours have passed, cancellation will no longer be possible. If the cancellation request is within the eligible time frame, simply reach out to us via email or WhatsApp to proceed.

How to Place a Cancellation/Refund/Replacement Request:

For cancellations: Contact us via the "Track Your Order" page or the "Contact Us" page within the 3-hour window or before order confirmation by the seller.
For returns/replacements: Initiate a return request within 72 hours of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or different from the description.
If the product is eligible for a refund, it will be processed once the item has been returned and inspected.
